2. Service Description

We provide daily, weekly, and monthly home-style Indian meals delivered to your location. Menu items may vary based on availability.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders must be placed through our website.
  • Full payment is required at the time of ordering.
  • We reserve the right to accept or reject any order.

4. Delivery

  • Delivery times are approximate and may vary due to traffic, weather, or operational issues.
  • If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, the order is considered delivered and non-refundable.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Refunds and cancellations follow our Refund Policy (provided separately).
  • Customers must follow the stated timelines for cancellations or complaints.

6. Food Quality & Allergies

  • All meals are prepared in a facility that may handle common allergens.
  • Customers are responsible for checking ingredients and informing us of any allergies in advance.

7. Subscription Plans

  • Weekly or monthly subscriptions must be paid in advance.
  • Any pause, change, or cancellation must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Unused meals can be carried forward only if allowed under your plan.

8. Pricing & Changes

  • Prices may change at any time with prior notice.
  • Menu items and portion sizes may vary based on availability.

9. User Conduct

Customers agree not to misuse the service, including fraudulent payments, abuse towards staff, or tampering with delivered food.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by external factors
  • Allergic reactions due to undisclosed allergies
  • Food spoilage caused by late collection

Our maximum liability will not exceed the value of the order in question.

11. Privacy

Customer information is used only to process orders and improve service and is not shared with third parties except as required.

12. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.

Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Timings

We aim to bring your meals fresh and on time during our delivery timeline. Sometimes delays may happen due to traffic or weather, and we appreciate your patience.

2. When We Arrive

Our delivery partner will leave your meal at the location agreed upon prior to delivery. If we can’t reach you or you’re not available, the order will be marked as delivered and is non-refundable.

3. Delivery Charges

Any delivery fees will clearly be shown at checkout. Some plans may include free delivery.

4. Wrong or Damaged Orders

If something is missing, wrong, or damaged, please inform us within 2 hours of delivery along with a clear photo. We will resolve the issue with a replacement or refund after verification.

5. Your Address Details

Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct. If there are any changes, inform us in advance to avoid delivery issues.

Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellations

  • Cancel at least 24 hours before delivery for a full refund.
  • Late cancellations are not eligible for a refund.

2. Wrong or Missing Items

If you receive wrong, missing, or damaged items, notify us within 2 hours of delivery with a photo. After verification, we will issue a replacement or full refund.

3. Delivery Problems

If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, no refund will be provided.

4. Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 2–5 business days, depending on your payment method.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Meals already consumed
  • Discounts or promo codes
  • Delivery charges after a delivery attempt
